Fill for approximately 5 seconds and wait 3-5 minutes before using (allowing the gas to stabilize).

1. Does the torch lighter come with Butane Gas? Butane Gas is not included in the package. Please use butane with long nozzles, such as Zippo or Ronson, to fill the lighter before use.

2. Is the torch lighter not working after refilling? a). If the torch lighter does not spark, contact us for exchange services. b). Check if the flame height is adjusted to the highest and lowest settings. If so, rotate the adjustment flame knob to the middle position. c). Allow the gas to stabilize for 2-5 minutes after refilling.

3. Is the flame still burning after releasing the ignition button? The flame may continue to burn due to excess gas flow. Reduce the flame height by adjusting the flame button "-" to decrease the gas flow.

4. Why can't gas be filled into the lighter? a). Check the fuel window to ensure the tank is not full. b). Use a screwdriver to release any residual gas in the tank first. c). Ensure the nozzle is inserted correctly into the fill valve when refilling. d). Allow the gas to stabilize before using the lighter.
